​Cattle drop off is 8:00am unless prior arrangements are made with Fabian. Please have costumer names and phone numbers at time of drop off and bring them to the front office before leaving.
Custom product pick up times are only during business hours. You may bring a check or cash for payment, credit cards are accepted and will incur a 4% processing fee charged by the merchant not by us.
Please do not call to check on the status of your order. This only slows down production and we may not be able to track it throughout our various departments right away.
We will call you once orders are finalized and will make several attempts to contact you to arrange pick up. Be advised that our phone number may show up as spam on certain cellular providers, we will leave a voicemail if it is an option (be sure to check your inbox) .

El producto de venados procesados debe recogerse y pagarse en su totalidad no más de siete días despues de recibir nuestra llamada. El producto que no sea recogido dentro de este plazo estará sujeto a tarifas de almacenamiento.

La carne debe mantenerse en recipientes aptos para uso alimenticio. Las cajas, cubetas y/o bolsas de basura no son aptos para uso alimentario.

Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar cualquier corte que no haya sido manipulado adecuadamente. Si trata su carne con cuidado obtendrá un producto de alta calidad.

Desaconsejamos los cortes que hayan sido premolidos.

Los recortes de cerdo y de res se deben comprar en Tipton Locker.

Preferimos que nos traiga el venado entero con la piel puesta. No le ahorrará dinero despellejarlo usted mismo.

Se recomienda que, si desea conservar los cuernos, se los lleve en el momento en que deje al venado.

Tarifa de almacenamiento de $5.00 por semana se agregará a la factura si el venado no se recoge dentro de siete días despues de recibir nuestra llamada.

Fuera de temporada hay un mínimo de 25 libras de carne de caza silvestre por cada selección.

Stop by the front office to fill out paperwork and pay your deposit prior to dropping off deer, bring the harvest tag with you

Staff will give you a number tag, place this on a hind leg to track your carcass then proceed to drop off as instructed after filling out paperwork

The name on your harvest tag must match the name used on the order form (this name is needed for pick up even if a different phone number is given for us to call when product is ready)

We will call the number provided on the order form to notify when the entire order is ready for pick up.

Please wait for our call! Depending on your products the full order could be difficult to track throughout the whole deer process.

Calling the locker to check status of your order will only slow down production- delaying your product.

Complete order must be picked up within 7 days of notice, after that time a $20.00 storage fee will be added per week.

Boneless deer is only accepted in clear food grade containers

We will not accept any product in trash bags or non-food grade containers

We will NOT accept pre-ground deer

Cooked deer product is co-mingled, for this reason we are very careful about the quality of any raw product that enters the establishment

We reserve the right to refuse deer meat that is not up to our standards

You will receive all the fresh cuts from your own deer as requested as long as the cuts are salvageable after harvest
