​Cattle drop off is 8:00am unless prior arrangements are made with Fabian. Please have costumer names and phone numbers at time of drop off and bring them to the front office before leaving.
Custom product pick up times are only during business hours. You may bring a check or cash for payment, credit cards are accepted and will incur a 4% processing fee charged by the merchant not by us.
Please do not call to check on the status of your order. This only slows down production and we may not be able to track it throughout our various departments right away.
We will call you once orders are finalized and will make several attempts to contact you to arrange pick up. Be advised that our phone number may show up as spam on certain cellular providers, we will leave a voicemail if it is an option (be sure to check your inbox) .

All processed deer must be picked up and paid for in full within seven days after you receive notification that it is ready. Deer not picked up within this timeframe will be subject to storage fees.

Meat must be kept in food grade containers. Dirty boxes, buckets and/or garbage bags are not intended for food use.

We reserve the right to refuse any trim not properly handled. Treating your meat with care will yield a high quality product.

We strongly discourage trim that has been pre-ground.

Pork and beef trim must be purchased from Tipton Locker.

We prefer you bring in your whole carcass deer to us with the hide on. It doesn’t save you money by skinning it yourself.

It is recommended that if you would like to keep the antlers to take them at the time you drop the deer off.

Storage fee of $20.00 per week will be added to bill if deer is not picked up within 7 days of notification.

Off Season wild game meat 25 pound minimum on each selection.
