We accept whole carcass deer, boneless deer, and deer for the Iowa Hush Program. Please note, if bringing in deer for the Iowa Hush Program the entire deer must be donated.

**We are currently requiring a $150 CASH deposit for whole carcass deer.

All processed deer must be picked up and paid for in full within seven days after you receive notification that it is ready. Deer not picked up within this timeframe will be subject to storage fees.

  • Meat must be kept in food grade containers. Dirty boxes, buckets and/or garbage bags are not intended for food use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any trim not properly handled. Treating your meat with care will yield a high quality product.

  • We strongly discourage trim that has been pre-ground.

  • Pork and beef trim must be purchased from Tipton Locker.

  • We prefer you bring in your whole carcass deer to us with the hide on. It doesn’t save you money by skinning it yourself.

  • It is recommended that if you would like to keep the antlers to take them at the time you drop the deer off.

  • Storage fee of $20.00 per week will be added to bill if deer is not picked up within 7 days of notification.

  • Off Season wild game meat 25 pound minimum on each selection.

Boneless deer Monday-Friday 8:10AM-4:50PM until further notice 

$2 per each LB DEPOSIT IS DUE AT DROP OFF- NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

  • Stop by the front office to fill out paperwork and pay your deposit prior to dropping off deer, bring the harvest tag with you

  • Staff will give you a number tag, place this on a hind leg to track your carcass then proceed to drop off as instructed after filling out paperwork

  • The name on your harvest tag must match the name used on the order form (this name is needed for pick up even if a different phone number is given for us to call when product is ready)

  • We will call the number provided on the order form to notify when the entire order is ready for pick up.

  • Please wait for our call! Depending on your products the full order could be difficult to track throughout the whole deer process.

  • Calling the locker to check status of your order will only slow down production- delaying your product.

  • Complete order must be picked up within 7 days of notice, after that time a $20.00 storage fee will be added per week.

  • Boneless deer is only accepted in clear food grade containers

  • We will not accept any product in trash bags or non-food grade containers

  • We will NOT accept pre-ground deer

  • Cooked deer product is co-mingled, for this reason we are very careful about     the quality of any raw product that enters the establishment

  • We reserve the right to refuse deer meat that is not up to our standards 

  • You will receive all the fresh cuts from your own deer as requested as long as the cuts are salvageable after harvest

  • Credit cards will incur a %4 processing fee cash/checks are welcome (returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee)
