​Cattle drop off is 8:00am unless prior arrangements are made with Fabian. Please have costumer names and phone numbers at time of drop off and bring them to the front office before leaving.
Custom product pick up times are only during business hours. You may bring a check or cash for payment, credit cards are accepted and will incur a 4% processing fee charged by the merchant not by us.
Please do not call to check on the status of your order. This only slows down production and we may not be able to track it throughout our various departments right away.
We will call you once orders are finalized and will make several attempts to contact you to arrange pick up. Be advised that our phone number may show up as spam on certain cellular providers, we will leave a voicemail if it is an option (be sure to check your inbox) .

Per regulations, when bringing in lamb we require a sheet with customers names and phone numbers. If bringing in multiple animals, please specify which animal is going to which customer. We will call all customers to take their cutting instructions once we have received the animal(s).
